Syncopation places all items which are removed from the iTunes music library into a trash folder. The trash folder is access using the trash icon in the source list.
Recovering Tracks
You can recover a track from the trash folder, which will add it back into your iTunes music library. If the computer on which you recover the track is being synchronized against by other Syncopation installations, restoring the track may cause the track to be propogated to other computers as well.
To recover one or more tracks from the trash folder:
- Select the tracks that you wish to recover so that they are highlighted
- Choose the Recover menu item from the Track menu
Emptying the Trash
Syncopation will keep tracks in the trash folder indefinitely, until you empty the trash folder explicitly. This will permanently delete the tracks from your computer. You will be prompted for confirmation before any iTunes Music Store files (m4p files) are removed.
To empty the trash folder:
- Choose the Empty Trash menu item from the Library menu
